Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university
Minimum 3 years of sales experience
Strong communication, leadership, and customer management skills
Ability to handle sales portfolios and achieve business targets

Job Responsibilities

Achieve NTB/ETB sales, deposit mobilization, and cross-selling targets
Manage and expand customer portfolios
Monitor sales performance and ensure policy compliance
Build long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups
Deliver exceptional customer service
Promote Shariah-compliant banking products and services
