👩‍💼 Position: Program Associate (Contract)

🎓 Qualification:

Graduation or equivalent degree

💼 Experience:

Minimum 01 year relevant experience

📌 Job Description:

• Assist in the implementation, coordination, and execution of Bano Qabil program activities, including classes and events
• Maintain accurate participant records, attendance sheets, databases, and complete program documentation in an organized manner
• Coordinate effectively with students, trainers, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups
• Prepare routine reports, collect program data, and support monitoring & evaluation activities
• Report directly to the General Manager and provide timely updates on program progress, operations, and field activities
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and data management throughout the program cycle
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data management tools is required
