Zubair Feeds (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee feed mill operations and ensure production targets are achieved efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

MSc (Hons.) in Animal Nutrition

Experience

10–12 years of relevant experience in feed mill production and operations management

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee complete feed mill operations.
Plan and monitor production schedules to achieve operational targets.
Supervise quality control processes and production staff.
Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions where required.
