Meezan Bank Limited is hiring experienced and dynamic professionals for the position of Sales Team Lead in its Premium Banking Department – Retail Banking Group. This role is ideal for candidates with strong leadership capabilities, sales expertise, and banking experience, particularly in deposit mobilization and team management.

Eligibility

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Master’s Degree, from an HEC-recognized institute/university
• Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage

Experience

• Lead and manage teams by supervising, mentoring, and motivating team members to achieve departmental objectives
• Monitor sales performance by tracking results, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing improvement strategies
• Manage customer relationships and prepare analytical reports to support business decisions
