About the Role

National Foods Limited is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Cluster Category Planning Manager to lead category planning and activation initiatives across assigned clusters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving commercial growth, executing category strategies, and ensuring seamless collaboration between marketing, category, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

📊 Category Planning & Activation

• Develop and execute consumer BTL and trade activation plans for assigned clusters.
• Manage and maintain the category activation grid.
• Ensure alignment of activation and brand equity plans across stakeholders.
• Support development of POS materials, visibility plans, execution directives, and KPI frameworks.
• Drive effective forecasting, stock management, and allocation planning.

🎯 Channel & Category Strategy

• Contribute to the development of national channel strategies.
• Support promotional planning to achieve sustainable and profitable business growth.
• Assist in portfolio planning, pricing strategies, and product mix optimization.
• Ensure deployment of channel-wise "Picture of Success" standards.
• Monitor launch and activation performance and conduct post-campaign evaluations.

🔍 Market Intelligence & Execution

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on market insights.
• Develop tracking tools to evaluate execution of launches and promotional campaigns.
• Share actionable learnings and performance insights with category teams.
