👨‍💼 Reporting To: Manager Admin & Security

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct security risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
• Supervise day-to-day security operations, including guard force deployment, access control, surveillance monitoring, and incident response.
• Manage CCTV systems, alarm systems, and other electronic security infrastructure.
• Oversee general administration activities, including housekeeping, transportation, and facility support.
• Investigate security breaches, accidents, and incidents, and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and statutory obligations.

🎓 Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Ex-Army personnel or candidates from equivalent forces (Police, Navy, etc.) are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in security and administrative roles within a similar environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of business management functions, operations management, and risk assessment practices will be an advantage.
