Job Description

IRC Dairy Products Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and results-driven Regional Manager Sales to lead and expand its sales operations across key regions of Pakistan. This role is ideal for professionals with strong FMCG or HoReCa sales expertise, particularly in dairy and beverage-related products.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Minimum 8 years of sales experience in FMCG / HoReCa sector
Preference for candidates with experience in cheese, ice cream, chilled dairy, or beverages sales
At least 3 years of managerial sales experience

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve regional growth targets
Expand sales channels and strengthen key account management
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities
Build and lead high-performing sales teams through coaching and performance management
Identify business opportunities within the HoReCa segment
Implement sales planning, market segmentation, and customer targeting strategies
Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the sales function
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
