Job Responsibilities

Assist the Warden/Administrator in the day-to-day management and smooth operations of Aghosh Home.
Ensure the safety, discipline, emotional well-being, and holistic care of resident children.
Supervise daily routines and ensure the approved timetable is implemented effectively.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation using MS Office applications.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient hostel operations.
Monitor student behavior, cleanliness, hygiene standards, and inventory management.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and child welfare standards.
