📋 Job Overview

Indus Hospital & Health Network is looking for a proactive and organized Admin Officer to support daily administrative operations at its Sanjhoro facility. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills with experience in office administration and operational support.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
• Maintain office supplies, equipment, and administrative records.
• Coordinate with the Finance Department for invoice processing, expense tracking, and budget support.
• Maintain and update employee, vendor, and organizational databases.
• Organize meetings, conferences, and company events.
• Arrange employee travel, including transportation, accommodation, and itineraries.
• Oversee office facilities maintenance and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and official correspondence professionally.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and administrative standards.
• Prepare administrative reports and maintain accurate documentation as required by management.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and office management practices.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and external vendors.
