๐ผ Experience: 2โ4 years of banking or non-banking experience (relevant experience preferred)

๐ Key Responsibilities
๐ Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments for the Head of IBG.
- Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential correspondence and maintain official records and documentation.
๐ Business Planning & Reporting
- Assist in preparing strategic business plans and departmental presentations.
- Develop reports and summaries for senior management and stakeholders.
- Track departmental objectives, project timelines, and deliverables.
๐ค Coordination & Communication
- Serve as the focal point for internal and external IBG communications.
- Coordinate with departments including Operations, Treasury, Risk, and Compliance to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
โ๏ธ Process Improvement
- Recommend process enhancements to improve departmental efficiency.
- Support the development of policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
โ๏ธ Travel & Logistics
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries for the Head of IBG and team members.
- Coordinate logistics for conferences, meetings, and corporate events.
