• At least 2 years in a similar managerial or leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage regional sales teams to achieve business targets.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Monitor sales performance and retail KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and retail SOPs.
• Drive business expansion by identifying new market opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate, renovation, and business partners.
• Improve customer satisfaction while maximizing revenue and profitability.
