Position Overview
The Bank of Punjab (BOP), one of Pakistan's leading and fastest-growing banks with a nationwide network of 900+ branches, is inviting applications for the position of Relationship Manager – CBD Islamic. This role is ideal for experienced banking professionals who have expertise in relationship management, Islamic banking, credit evaluation, and customer portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective Islamic banking customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the bank's customer portfolio.
- Provide financial advisory services and recommend suitable banking products and solutions.
- Prepare and process credit proposals, renewals, and financing documentation.
- Conduct financial analysis and credit risk assessments in compliance with SBP Prudential Regulations and bank policies.
- Monitor assigned financing portfolios and identify potential credit risks.
- Take timely corrective measures for deteriorating credit relationships.
- Ensure completion of all pre- and post-disbursement documentation and legal formalities.
- Monitor compliance with approved financing terms and conditions.
- Maintain updated insurance policies, valuation reports, stock reports, audited financial statements, and other customer records.
- Ensure timely recovery of installments, mark-up, and other bank charges.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and customer business visits.
- Prepare and submit business visit reports to Regional Corporate Heads.
- Maintain credit files according to bank policies.
- Resolve audit observations related to assigned portfolios.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized local or international university.
Experience
- 4–7 years of relevant banking experience.
Age Limit
- Maximum 55 years (as of the application closing date).
