Nishat Chunian Limited is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager Electrical & Instrumentation to oversee electrical, instrumentation, and control systems at its HTD Site. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring plant reliability, operational efficiency, and compliance with safety standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the maintenance and operation of electrical, instrumentation, and control systems across the plant.
• Ensure all electrical and instrumentation activities comply with safety regulations and operational standards.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and optimize Honeywell DCS and Siemens PLC systems.
• Perform installation, calibration, testing, and preventive maintenance of instrumentation and control equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and automation system faults to minimize downtime.
• Support plant performance improvement initiatives by providing technical expertise and innovative solutions.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

• BS/BSc/MS in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in power plants or heavy industrial electrical systems.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in coal-fired power plants.
• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution, instrumentation, PLC, and DCS systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
