About the Opportunity
The Bank of Punjab (BOP), one of Pakistan's leading commercial banks with a network of 900+ branches nationwide, is seeking an experienced and performance-driven professional for the position of Senior Relationship Manager – Employee Banking & Cash Management. Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development for Cash Management and Employee Banking solutions.
- Acquire new retail, SME, commercial, and corporate clients for Cash Management services.
- Develop and manage Employee Banking relationships across all business segments.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products and services.
- Build and maintain a strong client pipeline to achieve business growth targets.
- Ensure smooth customer onboarding while delivering exceptional client experience.
- Implement sales strategies in collaboration with regional business teams.
- Conduct periodic client reviews to strengthen long-term business relationships.
- Structure client solutions based on business requirements and BOP@Work offerings.
- Coordinate pricing approvals and deal execution with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of client commitments and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Cross-sell consumer finance products including Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Auto Finance, and Home Finance.
- Ensure compliance with SBP Prudential Regulations, Bank SOPs, and internal policies.
Eligibility Criteria
🎓 Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.
💼 Experience
- Up to 7 years of banking experience.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Employee Banking, Cash Management, Relationship Management, or Corporate/Commercial Banking.
🎂 Age Limit
- Up to 55 years.
