Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
- Lead performance management, employee training, and organizational development initiatives.
- Foster employee engagement through effective communication and retention strategies.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational HR standards.
- Prepare HR reports, maintain employee records, and support workforce planning.
Eligibility Criteria
