Bank of Khyber is hiring Head Treasury & Investments

🎓 Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (Graduation) is required.
• Preference will be given to candidates holding a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Qualified Chartered Accountants (CA) and graduates from HEC-recognized or reputable foreign universities are highly encouraged to apply.

💼 Experience Required:

• Minimum 7 years of overall professional experience.
• At least 5 years of senior-level experience in:
  • Treasury Management
  • Foreign Exchange Operations
  • Financial Markets
• Experience should be within Exchange Companies, Financial Institutions (FIs), or Development Financial Institutions (DFIs).
• Candidates currently leading the Treasury Function in an Exchange Company, FI, or DFI are exempt from the above senior-level experience requirement.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage treasury and investment operations.
• Develop treasury strategies to optimize liquidity and profitability.
• Oversee foreign exchange activities and financial market operations.
• Monitor market trends, risk exposure, and investment performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions and market participants.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior management on treasury matters.
