Indus Hospital & Health Network is hiring Senior Officer, Warehouse

🎓 Education: Bachelor's or Master's (Preferably in Supply Chain)
💼 Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, OR
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and reporting staff.
• Conduct training sessions for junior warehouse team members.
• Maintain and monitor the computerized inventory management system.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, labeling, and category-wise segregation of stock.
• Issue inventory to departments following the FIFO (First In, First Out) method with proper approvals and documentation.
• Monitor stock levels, maintain optimum inventory, and initiate purchase requisitions when required.
• Oversee safe loading, unloading, and transportation of materials.
• Coordinate with the Head of Department on procurement and inventory-related matters.
• Report inventory discrepancies or warehouse issues to the HOD Warehouse immediately.
• Ensure warehouse security by regularly checking lock and key systems.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
