HBL is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale technology solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, architecture teams, developers, and infrastructure specialists to build secure, scalable, and innovative solutions that align with organizational objectives.

This role requires extensive experience in solution architecture, cloud technologies, enterprise integration, and software engineering while ensuring projects meet performance, security, and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture

• Lead the end-to-end solution architecture process for enterprise projects.
• Prepare architecture documentation for design approval forums.
• Collaborate with business, security, infrastructure, data, and application teams.
• Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective technology solutions.
• Promote reusable architecture patterns and standardized technologies.
• Conduct design thinking workshops with business stakeholders.
• Define functional and non-functional solution requirements.
• Recommend improvements to existing systems and technology landscapes.
• Ensure architecture aligns with enterprise standards and best practices.
• Participate throughout the complete product development lifecycle.
• Perform architecture, design, and code reviews with security considerations.
• Create technology roadmaps and recommend future investments.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Support multiple enterprise projects simultaneously.
• Develop business cases and perform cost-benefit analyses.
• Ensure seamless integration across enterprise applications and platforms.
• Drive innovation through modern architecture approaches and cloud technologies.

Communication & Collaboration

• Deliver technical presentations to leadership, business teams, and stakeholders.
• Work closely with project teams during solution planning and implementation.
• Support proposal development and solution strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize delivery models and implementation plans.
• Present architectural recommendations to management and technical teams.
• Foster collaboration across multiple departments to deliver successful business solutions.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Solution Design, or Software Engineering.
• At least 6 years of experience in enterprise software development and system design.
