Job Description

Industry: Banking & Financial Services
Experience Required: 8–10 Years

Key Responsibilities

Design scalable software, system, and enterprise architecture solutions that address business requirements.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.
Evaluate and recommend suitable technologies, platforms, frameworks, and cloud solutions.
Ensure all architecture designs comply with security standards and industry best practices.
Lead the integration of new technologies with existing enterprise systems.
Develop, maintain, and enforce enterprise architecture principles, standards, and governance policies.
Identify and mitigate technology risks while ensuring regulatory and security compliance.
Review and optimize the organization's technology portfolio to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Maintain the Enterprise Architecture Repository and architecture documentation.
Manage architecture change control processes for controlled technology evolution.
Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to communicate project progress, risks, and upcoming changes.
Create architecture performance dashboards and compliance reports for management.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in software development and enterprise solution architecture.
Experience with application modernization and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
Knowledge of API architecture, databases, and enterprise integration.
Ability to create architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.
Experience managing project timelines, budgets, and technical risks.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
