Job Summary
Nestlé Pakistan is hiring a Business Analyst to support the Business Unit Controller in executing financial planning and business performance processes. The role involves budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, cost optimization, investment reviews, and providing fact-based insights that help management make informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities

Support business planning processes including forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Ensure planning processes are executed accurately and according to company guidelines.

Participate in monthly business planning meetings to analyze business performance, risks, and opportunities.

Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, HR, Technical, and other departments to prepare financial plans.
-
Conduct scenario planning and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
-
Identify cost optimization opportunities and monitor value-destroying activities.
-
Lead Quarterly Investment Review activities with Brand and Marketing teams.
-
Analyze promotional and marketing investments to improve return on investment.

Prepare Replacement Cost Run analyses and present findings to senior management.
