Education

Graduation or an equivalent degree from a recognized institution.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in mentoring, teaching, student development, education, or a related field.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide character-building education through Islamic teachings, moral guidance, and academic support.
• Conduct curriculum-based classes using engaging, activity-based learning methods.
• Organize and supervise co-curricular and personality development activities.
• Help students develop positive manners, etiquette, confidence, and social values.
• Monitor students' academic progress, personal growth, and skill development.
• Conduct regular mentoring and monitoring sessions to identify student needs.
• Coordinate with teachers and staff to ensure the overall well-being and development of students.
• Create a supportive, safe, and nurturing learning environment.
