🎓 Qualification: Graduation is the minimum requirement. Candidates holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Banking, or another relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university or a reputable foreign university will be preferred.

💼 Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Human Resource Management within a financial institution or a reputable organization.
• Preference will be given to candidates currently working in an Exchange Company or Foreign Exchange Company.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
• Oversee administration and office operations to ensure organizational efficiency.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
• Coordinate employee engagement, training, and organizational development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company regulations.
• Support management in strategic HR planning and workforce management.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and administrative practices.
• Experience in the banking, financial services, or foreign exchange sector will be an added advantage.
