Damen Support Programme (DSP) is a leading Non-Banking Microfinance Company (NBMFC) committed to empowering communities through financial inclusion and operational excellence. The organization is seeking a competent, proactive, and experienced Admin Officer/Manager to join its Head Office team.
Key Responsibilities

Manage office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Supervise facility management, office maintenance, security, and provide administrative support to field offices.

Manage procurement activities in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

Maintain fixed asset records, inventory, and vendor contracts.

Monitor administrative budgets and optimize operational costs.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, statutory requirements, and international best practices.

Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, landlords, vendors, and service providers.

Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, meetings, and other office support services.

Supervise administrative officers and support staff.

Arrange training sessions, office functions, and meetings.
Eligibility Criteria
-
Master's degree in a relevant field.

Minimum 2 to 6 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably with an international organization, development sector, microfinance institution, or banking sector.

Hands-on experience in procurement, vendor management, and fixed asset administration.

Knowledge of ISO standards and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) practices will be considered an added advantage.
Required Skills

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Vendor management experience.

Ability to manage multiple priorities with integrity and attention to detail.
