Job Overview

Indus Hospital & Health Network is looking for a Technician – Warehouse to support pharmaceutical warehouse operations by maintaining inventory, handling medicine distribution, and ensuring compliance with established storage and documentation standards. The selected candidate will work under the supervision of a Pharmacist to ensure efficient warehouse management and uninterrupted availability of medical supplies.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medications according to approved procedures.
• Receive, store, and issue pharmaceutical supplies while following warehouse protocols.
• Maintain inventory under the supervision of the Pharmacist.
• Monitor bulk stock and issue items using the FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) method.
• Ensure accurate documentation for all goods received and issued.
• Update inventory systems and prepare required reports for management.
• Monitor warehouse temperatures and maintain related records.
• Process departmental requisitions accurately and in accordance with goods issue procedures.
• Verify, pack, label, and deliver supplies to the concerned departments promptly.
• Maintain records of fast-moving, slow-moving, short-expiry, expired, damaged, and broken stock.
• Assist the Pharmacist in conducting regular stock audits.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to maintain cleanliness, lighting, and temperature standards within the warehouse.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Head of Department.
