Unilever Pakistan is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager β Future Channels to lead and optimize the end-to-end Modern Trade operating model. This strategic role focuses on driving sustainable channel growth through cross-functional collaboration, commercial excellence, retail execution, customer planning, and operational governance.
The ideal candidate will work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Category, and Key Account teams to improve execution, enhance customer partnerships, and deliver outstanding business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end Modern Trade operating model across multiple business functions.
Drive Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to align demand, supply, and commercial objectives.
Develop and manage channel planning, governance, KPIs, and business performance reporting.
Utilize EPOS data, dashboards, and analytics to support business decisions.
Lead the Perfect Store program by improving merchandising, pricing, assortment, and in-store execution.
Manage merchandising agencies and external execution partners for retail excellence.
Improve field execution through performance dashboards and operational tracking.
Develop effective in-store visibility strategies to strengthen brand presence and shopper engagement.
Manage the complete visibility lifecycle from planning to execution and performance evaluation.
Collaborate with Key Account teams to create and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
Govern promotional investments, customer incentives, and trade budgets to maximize ROI.
Improve operational frameworks, governance processes, and execution standards.
Coach, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams while promoting a high-performance culture.
