MG Motors Pakistan is expanding its team and is looking for a motivated professional to join its Finance department. If you have experience in accounts receivable and customer account management, this is an excellent opportunity to build your career in the automotive industry.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce

Experience

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the automobile sector

Required Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with SAP
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Post customer invoices and ensure timely and accurate recording of sales transactions.
• Prepare customer account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage Post-Dated Cheques (PDCs), including recording, tracking, deposits, and follow-up.
• Monitor customer aging reports and identify overdue accounts.
• Maintain accurate customer records and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders to resolve billing-related issues.
• Prepare periodic Accounts Receivable reports and provide collection status updates and aging analysis.
