Key Responsibilities

Qualification: Graduation or equivalent degree
Experience: Minimum 01 Year

Assist the Warden/Administrator in the day-to-day management of Aghosh Home.
Ensure the safety, discipline, emotional well-being, and holistic care of resident children.
Supervise daily routines and ensure the approved timetable is followed.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation using MS Office.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for smooth operations.
Monitor student behavior, cleanliness, and inventory management.
Implement organizational policies and procedures effectively.
