Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. (MMBL) is looking for a General Banking Officer (OG-III) to join its Branch Operations team at the Hasilpur Branch. This role is ideal for banking professionals with customer service experience who can efficiently manage branch operations, non-financial transactions, account services, and administrative responsibilities while ensuring compliance with banking policies and procedures.
🎯 Key Responsibilities

🏦 Deliver excellent customer service and handle branch banking operations.

👥 Assist customers with account opening, account maintenance, and related services.

📄 Process non-financial banking transactions accurately according to SOPs.

💰 Support cash operations and serve as a backup teller when required.

📊 Prepare operational reports for branch management and Head Office.

🔐 Maintain security stationery, ATM cards, cheque books, and branch records.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
