Indus Hospital & Health Network is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support its Supply Chain team. The selected candidate will assist in receiving, organizing, storing, and issuing warehouse materials while ensuring inventory accuracy, safety, and efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming materials, including quantity, packaging, quality, and expiry dates.
• Support the timely issuance of warehouse items to relevant departments.
• Arrange and organize inventory according to warehouse procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Ensure safe handling of materials during loading, unloading, transportation, and storage.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse In-charge regarding daily warehouse activities and operational support.
• Immediately report discrepancies, damaged items, shortages, or other important warehouse issues.
• Regularly inspect warehouse locks and security measures to minimize safety and security risks.
• Perform additional warehouse-related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Matric qualification is required.
• Intermediate qualification will be considered an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of relevant warehouse, inventory, logistics, or store management experience.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory handling.
• Ability to inspect and organize stock efficiently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to safely handle warehouse materials.
• Responsible, reliable, and organized work ethic.
