Allah Wale Foundation is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized Procurement Coordinator to support the smooth and efficient procurement operations of its Fireless Kitchen initiative. The ideal candidate should possess strong vendor management, coordination, and procurement skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities with store and operations teams to fulfill procurement requirements.
• Liaise with vendors for order placement, delivery, and receipt of goods.
• Manage relationships with existing vendors and maintain effective communication.
• Identify, evaluate, and finalize new vendors according to procurement needs.
• Conduct market research to obtain quality products at competitive prices.
• Maintain procurement records and documentation using the official ERP system.
• Ensure procurement processes comply with organizational policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Management Sciences, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple procurement activities efficiently.
• Experience with ERP systems and procurement documentation will be an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
