💼 Key Responsibilities

Achieve assigned asset sales targets while following bank policies and ethical practices.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Promote loan products and identify new business opportunities.

Conduct customer profiling and credit evaluation using the bank's approved procedures.

Perform market visits and physical verification of prospective clients.

Ensure timely loan recovery and maintain portfolio quality.

Educate customers on product features, terms, and repayment procedures.

Prepare weekly field activity plans and submit progress updates.

Conduct customer meetings as per product guidelines.

Ensure compliance with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations and internal SOPs.

Report suspected fraud or operational risks to the concerned management.

Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
