Allah Wale Foundation is hiring Program Officer – M.A.A.M.T.A Program (Maternal Anemia, Acute Malnutrition, Treatment & Awareness)

About the Organization

Allah Wale Foundation (AWF) is a registered non-profit organization established in 2010. The organization works across Food, Water, Health & Nutrition, Education, Volunteerism, Leadership, and Disaster Management initiatives throughout Pakistan.

This position is part of the M.A.A.M.T.A Program, a hospital-based initiative focused on improving the health of anemic pregnant women through nutrition counseling, healthy lifestyle awareness, and supplementation support to promote safe pregnancies and healthier newborns.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and register anemic pregnant women.
• Provide counseling on nutrition, prescribed medicines, and healthy dietary practices.
• Conduct household visits for surveys, monitoring, and counseling.
• Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and Google Forms.
• Coordinate with registered beneficiaries during hospital checkups.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to the Head Office.
• Support the successful implementation of the M.A.A.M.T.A Program.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

• BS (Hons.) in Human Nutrition & Dietetics.

Experience

• 3–6 months of relevant experience.

Gender

• Preferably Female.

Age Limit

• 22–30 Years.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and counseling skills.
• Data management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Google Forms.
• Good organizational and reporting abilities.
