Alkhidmat Foundation is hiring Manager – Bano Qabil Incubation & Innovation Hub

Bano Qabil Pakistan is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager – Bano Qabil Incubation & Innovation Hub to lead the planning, development, and expansion of its innovation ecosystem at BQ Institute Lahore. The selected candidate will promote entrepreneurship, freelancing, startup incubation, and innovation by connecting students with industry experts, investors, technology partners, and academic institutions.

This role is ideal for professionals passionate about startup development, innovation management, and empowering young entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Hub Development

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the Incubation & Innovation Hub.
• Establish policies, operational procedures, and annual work plans.
• Prepare budgets, performance targets, and recommendations to strengthen the innovation ecosystem.
• Drive initiatives that position the Hub as a leading entrepreneurship platform.

Startup Incubation & Entrepreneurship

• Design and manage startup incubation and acceleration programs.
• Support entrepreneurs in business model development and startup validation.
• Guide startups on legal registration, governance, financial planning, and business growth.
• Monitor startup progress and provide ongoing mentorship.

Innovation Programs

• Organize innovation challenges, hackathons, startup boot camps, and idea competitions.
• Promote design thinking and problem-solving methodologies.
• Encourage technology-driven and social innovation projects.
• Foster creativity and entrepreneurial thinking among students.

Industry Partnerships

• Build partnerships with universities, technology companies, investors, accelerators, and venture capital firms.
• Coordinate internships and industry engagement opportunities.
• Establish collaborations with national and international innovation networks.
• Secure sponsorships and strategic partnerships for Hub initiatives.

Investment & Resource Mobilization

• Facilitate startup pitching opportunities and investor engagement.
• Organize Demo Days and networking events.
• Assist startups in preparing investment proposals and pitch decks.
• Identify grants, donor funding, and corporate partnership opportunities.

Innovation Infrastructure Management

• Oversee co-working spaces, innovation labs, meeting rooms, and mentoring facilities.
• Ensure effective utilization and maintenance of Hub resources.
• Recommend improvements to infrastructure and equipment.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Develop and monitor Hub KPIs.
• Maintain records of startups and innovation projects.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
• Document success stories and impact assessments.

Program Collaboration

• Support entrepreneurship initiatives across Bano Qabil centers nationwide.
• Coordinate innovation activities with academic teams.
• Develop entrepreneurship learning modules.
• Contribute to national events, competitions, and technology exhibitions.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Master's degree (16 years of education) in:
  • Business Administration
  • Entrepreneurship
  • Innovation Management
  • Engineering
  • Computer Science
  • Information Technology
  • Management Sciences
  • Economics
  • Or another relevant discipline
• Professional certifications in entrepreneurship, project management, innovation management, startup development, or business incubation will be considered an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in innovation, entrepreneurship, or startup incubation.
• Experience with universities, incubation centers, accelerators, technology companies, or development organizations is preferred.

Age

• Preferably 25–40 years.
