Job Purpose

National Foods Limited is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Technical Lead to lead the implementation, integration, support, and continuous enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The selected candidate will ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA HCM and other enterprise systems while enabling secure, efficient, and data-driven HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation, upgrades, enhancements, and technical support.
• Configure and optimize SAP SuccessFactors modules including:

• Design and manage integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA HCM, payroll systems, and third-party applications.
• Develop integrations using SAP Integration Suite (CPI), APIs, and middleware technologies.
• Configure role-based permissions (RBP), workflows, MDF objects, and business rules.
• Provide Level 2 & Level 3 technical support and resolve complex production issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders on technical enhancements.
• Mentor SAP HCM Functional Consultants and promote technical best practices.
• Build HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
• Support payroll configurations, wage calculations, deductions, and benefits processing.
• Configure attendance, work schedules, shift patterns, and time evaluation processes.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and employee development modules.
• Ensure employee data security, compliance, and system integrity.
• Maintain technical documentation, testing artifacts, and operational procedures.
• Evaluate and implement new SAP SuccessFactors features and innovations.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• 5–8 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP Integration Suite (CPI), APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA HCM, payroll systems, and third-party platforms.
• Candidates must be based in Karachi and available for onsite collaboration.
