Educational Qualification

• Master's degree in Education or an equivalent qualification.

Experience Required

• 7–8 years of overall experience in IB teaching and educational administration.
• Proven expertise in implementing and managing the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of the IB Middle Years Programme (Grades 6–10).
• Act as the primary liaison between the school and the International Baccalaureate (IB) organization.
• Ensure compliance with IB standards, policies, and evaluation requirements.
• Support curriculum planning, assessment strategies, and policy development.
• Organize and facilitate professional development programs for teaching staff.
• Mentor educators to enhance instructional quality and student learning outcomes.
• Promote inquiry-based learning, international-mindedness, and collaborative teaching practices.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and student-focused educational environment.
