Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. (MMBL) is looking for an Executive Treasury Operations (OG-II) to join its Branchless Banking team at the Head Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing treasury settlement operations, fund transfers, reconciliations, financial reporting, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely execution of banking transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Process fund settlements through RTGS with accuracy and compliance.
• Execute internal client collection settlements using verified reconciliation data.
• Manage donation fund settlements based on system-generated reports.
• Calculate bank charges, taxes, and commissions according to banking agreements.
• Post accurate General Ledger (GL) entries in Core Banking System (CBS), Branchless Banking System, and OFS.
• Perform reconciliation of internal GLs and client accounts to ensure transaction accuracy.
• Coordinate with multiple departments for smooth daily settlement operations.
• Resolve treasury and settlement-related queries from corporate clients.
• Support internal and external audit activities by providing required financial information.
• Perform additional operational tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Bachelor's degree (Required)
• Master's degree (Preferred)

Experience

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in treasury operations, banking operations, finance, or reconciliations will be preferred.
