Key Responsibilities

• Implement company visual merchandising standards and display guidelines across the store.
• Plan and execute seasonal, promotional, and marketing campaign displays.
• Arrange merchandise according to approved planograms and category layouts.
• Maintain attractive window displays, mannequins, feature tables, and promotional zones.
• Ensure proper product placement, pricing, facing, labeling, and promotional signage.
• Monitor stock availability on displays and coordinate replenishment with relevant departments.
• Conduct regular store inspections to identify and resolve merchandising issues.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and Store Management for promotional activities.
• Ensure display fixtures, signage, and merchandising materials remain clean, functional, and well-maintained.
• Analyze sales trends and customer purchasing behavior to improve product presentation.
• Train store staff on visual merchandising standards and display maintenance procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, visual standards, and workplace health & safety requirements.
• Prepare visual merchandising reports, compliance reports, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Qualification

• Matric or equivalent qualification.

Experience Required

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in visual merchandising, retail merchandising, or store display management.
