Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the computerized inventory management system.
• Ensure accurate recording and monitoring of physical stock.
• Coordinate procurement and inventory-related activities with the Head of Department.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure stock accuracy.
• Assist in stock audits and reconciliation processes.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of warehouse items.
• Support efficient warehouse operations while following organizational policies.
