United Charter Schools (UCS) is seeking a passionate and experienced Deputy Manager Curriculum & Training (Early Years) to lead the development and implementation of high-quality Early Years curriculum across its campuses. This role is ideal for education professionals who have a strong background in curriculum design, teacher development, and academic quality assurance, and are committed to improving learning outcomes for young children.
The selected candidate will work closely with academic leadership, teachers, and school administrators to strengthen instructional practices, enhance curriculum delivery, and support continuous educational improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, review, and continuously improve the Early Years curriculum, lesson plans, instructional resources, assessment tools, and academic frameworks.
Plan, organize, and conduct teacher training sessions, orientation programs, and professional development workshops.
Visit campuses regularly to observe classroom practices, mentor teachers and school leaders, and ensure curriculum implementation meets organizational quality standards.
Collaborate with academic teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement strategies that enhance teaching quality and student learning outcomes.
Evaluate curriculum effectiveness using classroom observations, teacher feedback, and performance data, while recommending necessary improvements.
Support newly established campuses through curriculum implementation, teacher guidance, and academic onboarding.
Stay updated with the latest trends, research, and best practices in Early Childhood Education (ECE) to promote curriculum innovation.
Ensure consistent academic standards and instructional excellence across multiple campuses.
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Education or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5โ8 years of relevant experience in Early Years curriculum development, curriculum implementation, and classroom teaching.
Proven experience in teacher training, academic leadership, and curriculum management.
