Bank of Khyber is hiring Head Credit Risk Analysis Unit

🎓 Qualification: Graduation (Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Finance, Banking, or a relevant field from an HEC-recognized or reputable foreign university preferred)
💼 Experience: Minimum 10 years of overall banking experience, including at least 5 years in Credit Risk Management for SME business segments. Experience in both Islamic and Conventional Banking, particularly in SME credit assessment, approval, monitoring, and portfolio management, will be preferred.

Job Overview

Bank of Khyber is inviting applications for the position of Head Credit Risk Analysis Unit within its Risk Management Group. This senior leadership role is ideal for experienced banking professionals with strong expertise in SME credit risk analysis, policy implementation, and portfolio oversight across Islamic and Conventional banking environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Credit Risk Analysis Unit for SME business portfolios.
• Assess, review, and approve SME credit proposals in line with risk policies.
• Monitor portfolio quality and identify emerging credit risks.
• Develop and strengthen credit risk management frameworks and controls.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with business teams to support prudent lending decisions.
• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance credit quality and minimize portfolio risk.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of banking experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in SME Credit Risk Management.
• Hands-on exposure to both Islamic and Conventional Banking credit operations will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
