Packages Limited is inviting applications for the position of Audit Associate. This role is ideal for fresh to early-career finance and accounting professionals who are looking to build their careers in internal audit. The selected candidates will support audit assignments, ensure compliance with internal audit policies, and assist in investigations and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Execute audit fieldwork according to approved audit plans within agreed timelines.

Ensure compliance with Internal Audit policies and procedures.

Assist in conducting audit assignments and preparing audit reports.

Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend corrective actions to minimize risks.

Support the audit manager in investigations and special assignments.

Maintain accurate documentation of audit findings and recommendations.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
-
ACCA Affiliate or
-
Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Accounting & Finance or a related discipline.
Experience
-
0–2 years of audit experience, preferably in the financial sector.
Required Skills

Knowledge of Internal Audit principles and methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good presentation and communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Attention to detail and report-writing skills.
