Qualification: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience: 3–5 Years

Design Studio is seeking a skilled Sample Man to join its garment development team in Karachi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in garment sample making, excellent sewing skills, and the ability to transform design concepts into high-quality prototypes while meeting production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Construct garment samples based on design sketches, patterns, and technical specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings, measurement charts, and garment instructions accurately.
• Collaborate with designers and pattern makers to develop prototypes.
• Recommend practical construction techniques and process improvements.
• Conduct garment fittings and perform required alterations.
• Ensure all samples are completed with high-quality finishing.
• Operate and maintain sewing machines and garment production equipment.
• Optimize fabric and trim usage to reduce material waste.
• Complete sample development within assigned deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in garment sample making or a similar role.
