Education Required: BS in Textile Design

Nishat Chunian Limited is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Design Executive to join its Home Textile Design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative textile designs, developing seasonal collections, and supporting the complete product development process from concept to production while ensuring high-quality design standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Research international design, colour, fashion, and consumer trends for home textiles.
• Develop creative print artworks and seasonal textile collections.
• Prepare customer presentations according to client briefs and market requirements.
• Manage the complete product development lifecycle from concept to production-ready artwork.
• Coordinate with production and cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of designs.
• Maintain design accuracy, quality, and commercial relevance throughout the development process.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree (BS) in Textile Design.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in a reputable textile manufacturing company.
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Good understanding of textile printing techniques, design principles, and fabric technicalities.
• Experience in creating hand-drawn prints and watercolour illustrations.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills.
