📝 Job Description:

• Pick products accurately according to online customer orders.
• Use handheld scanners or mobile devices to locate and scan items.
• Verify product quantity, quality, expiry dates, and packaging condition before picking.
• Follow FEFO/FIFO (First Expiry First Out / First In First Out) principles where applicable.
• Place picked items in designated totes or baskets for packing.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor.
• Coordinate with packing and dispatch teams for timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of picking areas.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory counting when required.
• Achieve daily productivity and accuracy targets.
• Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and hygiene standards.
