Bank of Khyber (BOK) is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager – Retail to strengthen its Retail Banking team in Karachi. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail or consumer finance sales, with the ability to build lasting client relationships, identify financing opportunities, and achieve business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with retail banking customers.

Promote retail banking products and consumer financing solutions.

Achieve assigned sales and portfolio growth targets.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

Ensure high-quality customer service and timely issue resolution.

Maintain compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.

Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure efficient processing of customer requests.
Eligibility Criteria
🎓 Qualification

Minimum Graduation is required.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university or a reputable foreign institution will be preferred.
💼 Experience

Minimum 03 years of experience in Retail Banking or Consumer Finance Sales within a bank.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Credits, Financing, DFIs, or Leasing Institutions.
