Job Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the company's recruitment strategy.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning to onboarding.
• Source, screen, shortlist, assess, and coordinate candidate selection.
• Identify effective and cost-efficient recruitment channels.
• Organize and participate in career fairs and recruitment campaigns.
• Handle recruitment for graduates, interns, and secondees.
• Conduct employment reference checks and process job offers.
• Coordinate onboarding with Administration and IT departments.
• Maintain professional communication with shortlisted and unsuccessful candidates.
• Keep recruitment records accurate and up to date.
• Prepare recruitment reports for HR Business Partners and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and analyze hiring KPIs.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources.
