• Drive Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) initiatives, including incentive design and sales resource optimization.
• Manage customer PSI and sales activity planning.
• Supervise primary and secondary market research.
• Monitor team performance through goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Business Graduate (MBA preferred).
• At least 8–10 years of experience in Market Insights, Sales, SFE, and Business Analytics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analytical, leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
