🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should have:

• Master's degree (minimum 16 years of education) in Early Childhood Education, Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Leadership, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant professional experience in:
  • Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE)
  • Foundational Learning
  • Curriculum development
  • Teacher professional development
  • Education programme management
• Experience working with:
  • Government education departments
  • Development partners
  • Donor-funded education projects
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Play-based pedagogy
  • Learning assessment
  • Education policy
  • Programme quality assurance
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, facilitation, stakeholder management, and report writing skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Pakistan.
