Eligibility Criteria
Education

B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university or a reputable foreign university.

Valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license is mandatory.
Experience
-
Minimum 03 years of post-degree experience in:

Cost estimation and BOQ preparation
-
Practical site inspections
-
Construction project execution
-
Experience with a registered local or international company/firm is required.

Prior experience coordinating with contractors and vendors will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
-
Prepare accurate cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).

Conduct site inspections and monitor construction activities.
-
Ensure construction work complies with engineering standards and project specifications.
-
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors.
-
Support infrastructure maintenance and development projects.
-
Prepare technical reports and maintain project documentation.
Preferred Skills

Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction practices.

Proficiency in BOQ preparation and project estimation.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and stakeholder coordination.

Ability to manage multiple engineering projects efficiently.
