Job Purpose

The Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical) will supervise electrical and mechanical maintenance operations within the plant, ensuring all machinery and equipment remain fully operational while meeting safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities performed by mechanics and electricians.
• Ensure factory maintenance operations comply with established operating procedures.
• Monitor equipment performance and analyze maintenance records.
• Schedule preventive maintenance using maintenance management systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and minimize production downtime.
• Coordinate with machine operators and equipment vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance work orders.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and operational documentation.
• Report equipment status and maintenance activities to the Maintenance Manager.
• Ensure effective shift handovers between maintenance teams.
• Supervise maintenance activities across morning, evening, night, and break shifts.
• Collaborate with the QHSE team to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Train, mentor, and develop maintenance staff.
• Stay updated with modern maintenance techniques and industry best practices.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.

Experience

• 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
